how the game leaderboard works

We add the difference between each predicted score and the actual score. Lower combined error is better. For example, a 28–17 prediction against a 31–20 final has a combined error of six.

Correctly predicting the winner breaks a tie. If the remaining scores are tied, players share a rank.

how season points work

Each scored game starts at 100 points, with two points subtracted for every point of combined error. The minimum is zero. An exact score earns 100 points; missing a game earns zero.

Results appear after the final score is confirmed by our data feed, typically the following day. Delayed data can delay scoring.
